The Sports Video Group is pleased to announce the unveiling of the new www.sportsvideo.org. Featuring a fresh redesign, easier-to-navigate home page, and a host of new features, SVG’s new Website is now better equipped than ever to advance the creation, production, and distribution of sports content.
Among the features you will find at the new sportsvideo.org are:
- A brand-new job board listing employment opportunities across the industry, from coast to coast.
- A publications archive where you can view PDF versions of SVG print publications including Re:Play, Mobile Sports Production Yearbooks, and Sports Technology Journals.
- Newly added to the Sports Broadcasting Hall of Fame site, videos from the 2008 induction ceremony. Relive the magic of that night with video from the event at the New York Hilton, including the induction of each of the nine members of the class of 2008, a tribute to the class of 2007, and opening remarks from CBS lead play-by-play announcer Jim Nantz.
- A new page for the Sports Production Safety Group where you can learn about SVG’s industry advocacy on safety, find contact information for committee members, and report a safety concern from any worksite.
- Newly redesigned sponsor microsites.
- Better search functionality.
We want to know what you think! Visit the new www.sportsvideo.org and send your feedback to Carolyn@sportsvideo.org.
