Syfy (what Sci Fi Channel will become July 7) publicist Gary Morgenstein, who has also worked with A&E Network, Lifetime Television and ABC News, took a break from the small screen, other than the one on his computer.

Morgenstein penned political baseball thriller Take Me Out to the Ballgame, which, as Mike Reynolds of Multichannel News puts it, “delves into the unfulfilled world of the Buffalo Matadors, 37 years removed from a world championship.”
