Communications Concepts upgraded its new HD/standard-definition mobile truck with a Ross Video Ross Vision 3 multidefinition production switcher, which was configured with seven paths of up/downconversion, as well as SD and HD output.

The Cape Canaveral, FL-based company said its truck was retrofitted to run in either HD or SD for small to midsized live production events including new features, entertainment, and sporting events, and it also supports side-by-side work for additional stations or networks, as well as multilanguage feeds at large events.
