Ramp Provides Site Search Solution to People’s Choice Awards

Ramp has announced the addition of the People’s Choice Awards (PCA) to its roster of entertainment brands and content providers. Ramp was selected to provide comprehensive site search across more than 1500 PCA red carpet interviews from their 36 years of show archives using RAMP’s Content Optimization solutions.

For PCA, RAMP applied its patented and proprietary MediaCloud technology to index all of the video, audio, text and image content on the sites and create rich metadata including automatic transcripts, tags, and thumbnails of all content.  This metadata is then used to deliver site search and publishing solutions.
