Joseph Electronics Adds Nehls to Fiber Solutions Division

Joseph Electronics has appointed Robert Charles “Charlie” Nehls as their Broadcast and Cinematography Specialist for Joseph Fiber Solutions (JFS), a division of Joseph Electronics.

“We’re extremely excited about the addition of Charlie Nehls to our company’s Fiber Solutions Business unit,” says Gideon Uys, Director of Joseph Fiber Solutions. “His vast Broadcast knowledge, talent, experience and tireless work ethic will make an immediate positive impact on our nationwide fiber market expansion initiative.”

Nehls comes to JFS with five years experience in the communications market. Most recently, Nehls was Broadcast and Communications Manager at LEMO USA where he was an award-winning salesman. His experience with product development and field engineering provides insight to field install solutions. He received his certification in SMPTE termination in SMPTE Hybrid Fusion splicing as well as the pot and polishing processes from LEMO UK. Nehls was instrumental in training and certifying system integrators across the US over the last 5 years on the field install applications using SMPTE Hybrid.

Prior to his time at LEMO, Charlie spent 10 years as a commercial lender at Business Capital Solutions, Bank of America, and Fifth Third Banks. He attended college in St. Louis, Missouri, where he currently resides with his wife and three children.
