NBA Digital Expands Game Time App Across LG, Panasonic, Samsung Connected Devices

NBA Digital has further rolled out NBA Game Time, the league’s signature digital application, by making it available on LG NetCast, Panasonic VIERA Connect, and Samsung apps.  Along with mobile and tablet versions, NBA Game Time is available on Google TV devices, Roku, and VIZIO Internet Apps (VIA) connected devices.

Fans will be able to watch video highlights, check the latest league standings, and access comprehensive statistics. NBA Game Time will be customized for each connected device, allowing fans to enjoy the unique aspect of the lean back HD viewing experience.

NBA Game Time on all connected devices will be available in two versions; a free version that will offer live scores, player statistics, standings, and game highlights; and a premium version. The premium version offers a video library, live game audio broadcasts, searchable player stats, and news, plus access from NBA.com to League Pass Broadband live and archived games.

Unveiled during the 2008-09 season as a mobile application, NBA Game Time has extended its reach with team-specific, tablet, and set-top box versions. Available through multiple connected devices, NBA Game Time has the functionality to bring its unique features, including video entertainment, statistics, and standings, to television.

NBA Digital is the NBA’s cross-platform portfolio of digital assets jointly managed by the NBA and Turner Sports. This offering includes NBA TV, NBA.com, NBA LEAGUE PASS, NBA LEAGUE PASS Broadband, NBA Mobile, NBADLEAGUE.com, and WNBA.com.
